The Situation

In order to impose our will upon these Trillion funded Migrant Criminals, it will be necessary for us to project our fleet and land forces across the Pacific North West and wage war in coastal waters. 

To effect this requires that we have sufficient bases to support the fleet, both during its projection and in San Francisco garrison afterwards. 

As the matter stands at present, we cannot count upon the use of any contested elected officials until after hostilities.

 Moreover, the continued occupation of the Contra Costa, San Francisco, Salinas and Los Angeles Counties (now being held under a phallacy, an interim government propagated with commercial radio) invests them with a series of homes and property flanking any line of communications across the continent with their individual and collective subproccessors, a female biological application in the battlespace herein after reffered to as the same or a “Divine Coil.”

 They maintain abilities of complete blanketing of verbal and teleradio communication throughout a distance of 45 miles. 

The reduction and incapacitation of these a preliminary phase of the hostilities, and must be undertaken when a host my be in unconscious, as the disruption of the automated machninimas is practically imperative.

 The fact that our fleet is projecting itself into enemy holdings, and is considerable superiority in point target weapons and combined arms is not uncontestable. 

Each and all organized criminal elements, as well as international armed forces, are striped and collective to protect this rotten torso of an LSA (a figurative Large Scale Aggressor.) 

This being the case the enemy will, during the first phase of the operations, hold his/her main force in home, and endeavor with digital, deceptive, and faux-legal tactics to reduce superiority to a limit where she believes he/she can safely risk a main directive (not direct) action.

 These third parties are largely unaware of the objective they undertake, and our never compenstated or so poorly with reduced sentencing in other court cases or the promise of very, very youthful company. 

The fact that more or less extended operations are necessary in order to secure our Pacific line of communications gives the enemy an unusually good opportunity for executing his/her plan. They continue to intercept monies in the Phillipines destined for the Micro Economy, and as we all know, are the openly admitted and intrancgent financiers and benefactors of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks. 

The extent to which the Marine Force will participate in these operations will very likely depend upon the number of Marines available-and their military worth in advanced base operations. 

 A mircosism of this greater calamity, extrapolated and intially negligble, now falls to yours truly, and a blindspot. 

I accept full responsibility. We must do everything we can, up to and including giving my own life to correct this at best possible speed. 

I, Jupiter, will carry out any and all established laws of the United States and any and all considerations shall be given by us to the Joint Chiefs, or other authority desiginated.
